Western Racquet Club is a private member club. All guests must be accompanied by a member of the Club.
While visiting the Club, here is some helpful information. Enjoy your visit with us!
Cell Phone Usage
On behalf of our members who join us for relaxation and a respite from every day business, we ask that you please refrain from using cell phones in any of the dining areas. For the convenience of all members, cell phone usage is restricted to the foyer area in the Clubhouse. The digital photograph component of cellular telephones is hereby prohibited from use while on Club property.
Dress Code
Club policy relative to the use of the dining facilities. Out of consideration, the niceties of dress should be adhered to at all times. It would be polite to have your children follow a similar dress code for the various areas of the Club.
In the Center Court Grille, the Champions Room, the Wisconsin Room and the Davidson Room, we would appreciate the standard of dress to be “Club casual.” “Club casual” includes dress slacks, khakis, or dress jeans that are clean, free from holes, and fit appropriately.
WRC allows for swimming attire with suitable cover and footwear to be permitted on the West Patio for food or drink service. However, members and guests in swimming attire are not permitted above the lower level of the Clubhouse.
Guest Cards
We allow for guest cards to be issued to out of town guests only; out of town being outside a fifty (50) mile radius of the Club. We allow for these guest cards to be issued for a period of no less than four days or no longer than twelve days with a fee of $10.00 per day per person, and $30.00 per day per family. Guests will be able to use this up to two (2) times per year.

Summer Dining-
Lunch: Tuesdays-Fridays 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Dinner: Tuesdays-Saturdays 5:30-9:30 p.m., Sundays 4:00-8:00 p.m. - 5/29-9/11 only
Pool-
June 13-August 11: Mondays-Thursdays 12:30-8:00 p.m., Fridays-Sundays 10:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
August 12-September 5: 10:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
September 10-11: NOON to 7:00 p.m.
Adult Swim: Tuesdays-Thursdays 6:30 a.m.-8:00 a.m., Fridays 6:30 a.m.-10:00 a.m.
**There may be some mornings that meets will be held therefore making the opening of the pool at a later time. Please call ahead if you are unsure, 262-786-7060.
Tennis Pro Shop-
(seasonal hours) Open 8 a.m. to dusk every day. (closing times might vary)
Fitness Center-
(seasonal hours) Open at 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day.
Smoking Policy
Cigarette and cigar smoking will not be allowed anywhere in the Clubhouse or exterior dining areas.
